Let’s talk about vineyards for a moment because they are really, truly amazing! The Central Coast is known for it’s incredible spread of wineries, so of course, many couples envision their wedding day with guests enjoying their stunning views. As photographers, we have grown to love the ways that each vineyard has unique elements that set itself apart from the other vineyard venues of the Central Coast.
1. Terra Mia Vineyard
About the Venue: Terra Mia is pretty magical because it’s the perfect blend of a manicured venue while still feeling very natural and serene. As you walk around, it feels like you’re in your own little world of the Central Coast wine country. This quaint, Tuscan inspired venue stands out from the rest because of it’s tranquil lake ceremony site. It’s rare to find a setting with such a prominent water feature, so many couples are in awe of Terra Mia and so are we! It has endless photo opportunities by the lake, under the willow trees, and within the vineyards and oak trees. Head on over to our blog to see more of Cara + DJ’s stunning Terra Mia wedding!
2. Allegretto Vineyard
About the Venue: Allegretto Vineyard and Resort is a newer wedding venue that we were able to shoot a few times last wedding season. As we walked around, we were quickly excited to photograph in such a beautiful setting. Allegretto is a Tuscan-inspired vineyard resort with a touch of European flair. We love how couples can showcase the multiple locations throughout their wedding day, such as the Piazza ceremony site, Vineyard walk, Olive orchards and gorgeous hotel architecture. You can even choose between an indoor reception in the Venetian Ballroom or the outdoor Olive Orchards. We guarantee your guests will love it! We’d love for you to see more of Joe + Lauren’s Allegretto Vineyard wedding.
3. Still Waters Vineyard
About the Venue: Still Waters Vineyards is a charming boutique vineyard venue tucked in the rolling hills of Paso Robles Wine Country. On a warm and long summer night of Paso Robles, Still Water’s intimate atmosphere invites your guests to relax and enjoy the incredible vineyard and olive orchards surrounding them. We were honored to be a part of such a relaxed wedding day with the sweetest couple at Still Waters. Check out our blog to see more of Lara + Ryan’s Still Waters Vineyard wedding!
4. Tooth and Nail Winery
About the Venue: Simply put, Tooth and Nail Winery has created a modern, yet elegant castle to celebrate your wedding day. As a guest, you start the ceremony on the castle terrace, overlooking the beautiful hills and vineyards of Paso Robles. After the ceremony, you’re invited down to the patio for cocktails and dinner under the bistro lights. It’s so romantic and magical! We have actually been photographers and a guests at Tooth and Nail, and have absolutely loved it from both perspectives. As photographers, it’s unique to have the opportunity to use castle’s architecture while also walking through vineyards for sunset photos. Take a peek at Asja + Alex’s Tooth + Nail wedding!
5. Opolo
About the Venue: It’s pretty easy to say what is so special about Opolo Vineyards after one look at the hilltop ceremony site! Guests take a tractor up the hill to find a 360 degree view of the vineyards. The view will make you feel on top of the world! Its absolutely picturesque and provides the most amazing golden hour locations before heading down to the barrel lined wine cellar for the rest of the celebration. We’ve photographed multiple weddings at Opolo and even shot an inspiration shoot all over the property. We hope you get more great ideas for your wedding at Opolo Vineyards!
6. Cali Paso Winery
About the Venue: Cali Paso Winery and Villa is the perfect place for an intimate wedding! It has the feeling of being tucked away in Italy with it’s quaint yet luxurious villa and lush vineyards. One of our favorite aspects of Cali Paso is how the whole wedding event takes place within just a few steps from ceremony beneath the fairytale staircase. CaliPaso has so much to offer, it is a must see if you’re considering Central Coast vineyard wedding venues for your wedding.
